The top-rated offensive lineman in the 2026 class Jackson Cantwell was on campus in Eugene for an unofficial visit earlier in the week. The five-star prospect from Missouri is now off to USC for a visit, but Greg Smith caught up with him to discuss his trip to Eugene and where things stand at this point in the process.

UO v TX Rematch?

This was a fun one, and I'd love to see another this year.
I bought 4 tickets for my Sister and Bro in law, along with his son. His son, who lived in PDX for a time prior, got a 101.5 % fever had to bail. All 3 lived inTX at the time, so I called Chile in NM and game on!
One of Mariota's better games, esp on the ground. A very good team. Lot's of local UO fans. I bet that has changed.

Flock Talk: Rule the World

Today I looked at the visitors for this weekend with some notes on each, but I want to add a couple of additional notes here.

Mason Posa was scheduled to visit last weekend ahead of a planned commitment this week. I am told that he did not make it and there is a reason he chose Wisconsin that has nothing to do with not liking Oregon.

Noah Mikhail is visiting this weekend along with Gavin Nix and I think Mikhail is now a heavy Oregon lean - you might even say he is on quack watch. It also seems the staff feel a lot better about their chances with Nix as well because - as I understand it - the staff was not ready to accept a commitment from Posa until after the other LBs on their board have visited and made a choice.
