Not sports related, but last night I went to Justin Timberlake show at Moda Center, and he was rocking a couple pairs of Oregon Ducks kicks!

Great win by the lady Ducks tonight in front of a packed MKA house. They are doing everything in their power to secure a No. 1 seed in the tournament.

With results in from the Husky Last Chance meet today, two more Oregon Ducks have broken the 4 minute barrier. Charlie Hunter, a surprising sophomore from Australia, blew down the 4 minute mile doors with a 3:57.75 effort. This time ranks him number 5 indoor collegiate miler in the country so far this year. James West, a Senior from England, was close behind with his 3:57.75 (#6 amongst US collegians). Also breaking into the sub 4 mile club was Jackson Mestler, a Sheldon High product, (primarily a steeplechaser) who registered a 3:59.77. After today's results, Oregon has a full six milers under 4 minutes already this Winter.

MacRandle walks the first two, gives up a double and is yanked down 2-0. How long can Dail go?

Hard to believe how much trouble MacRandle has throwing strikes!!!! 21 walks in 15 innings pitched now! Fail gets us out of the inning still down only 2-0 but she can’t pitch too many more innings can she!?

In general, the track program is impressing me. No one has been expecting a national title, but the fight in this program is evident. The women could even be in the race to make a run at the title...but finishing in the top four will make the podium.
