Kings NBA Player Touches Everything in Sight to be Funny...Then Tests Positive

Small example of some folks taking this too lightly, a "hoaz," as recently as last week. You could argue this started the cascade of event cancellations. Would have happened anyway. I just hope the janitors wore mask, gloves.....and is probably in quarantine, along with his team and coaches....and any others he was cute and slobbery with. Brilliant. He's CDC poster boy now.

Jim Bartko has died

A Coug graduate, who became an avid Duck. Very close with a lot of Duck alums and particularly Phil Knight. He had a great career with Oregon and had moved on to become AD at Fresno State. Lots of issues from that point on, significant health and personal issues that led to a lot of unhappiness and severe health issues.

Jim will be missed by a lot of us.

Final AP Rankings

I could go on and on, but the Ducks beat Seton Hall, 21/9, on a neutral site? SDSU,ok they only lost 2 games, fine but Creighton? Same record, weaker schedule, lost to UM.Was Altman's coming to
Oregon a downgrade? Ducks had a tough ooc schedule tpp.
Some of the smaller schools benefit from having earlier confr tourneys, but how would they have done playing away at P12 schools like Furd and CU?.
And read the paragraph re Oregon, "they shared" the P12 reg season title? BS.
Oh well, it matters not. Probably about right -2-3 spots, BUT I liked Dante;s improvement and that Duarte was gonna be back.
Besides, how would the pundits know, all being asleep as Oregon took care of biz at season's end.

Would we Watch? Would it be Safe? From a Desperate CBB Fan.....

Sorry about the frustration I showed in another thread, nuff said about all that.

But lets get creative. WHAT IF the Ducks televised live, with no crowd, scrimmages. Divide the teams up. Wouldn't even ineligible Ducks be able to play? Ask the NCAA for a waiver if not.Either way, yes. I'd watch. Would you?

I mean they could even play men vs women, but could you imagine the embarrassment if the women won, lol. OR maybe even a coed scrimmage or two, eg, requiring some sort of equal time for men and women in the same game.

They could get creative and maybe even have an assortment, like somehow a mini tourney? 2 best of three tourneys, then 1 coed game, There's a ton of blank time to fill on ESPN and the P12 network.

Ask the epidemiologists, somehow test the players and coaches... I mean presumably they have been practicing. IT would not have to happen right away, so maybe the state tests could clear the players and coaches...they could even exclude Bill Walton, lol.

Finally gaining some empathy for junkies in withdrawal. Wouldn't it be kinda fun? We do have two of the best teams in the sport, maybe there's an idea here?

Potential OL Visitor...

Hello all, Mike Singer here from the Rivals network.

Olney (Md.) Good Counsel offensive lineman Landon Tengwall has narrowed down his choices to Notre Dame and Penn State, but he tells me that he's still considering a trip out to Oregon.

The Ducks would probably be a long shot even if he does take a visit and I think he probably just wants to get out to Eugene to experience what UO has to offer. But you never know what can happen when a recruit visits, so getting Tengwall on campus could make Oregon a big darkhorse.
