Jurrion Dickey

From Menlo Atherton HS

Earlier this week, I met a nice young man who was working for a delicatessen near my house. It turned out that he just finished his freshman year at Oregon. The conversation turned to Oregon football. This young man played cornerback for our local high school. When I told him that Oregon has two receivers from the town where I had gone to high school, he responded that he was well aware of both. He played against Franklin his freshman year, and against Jurrion Dickey his junior season. when Dickey was at West Valley Christian ( a private high school he attended before transferring to the public school in his district) . Lots of high school kids from the town where I live as well as the town where I am from, go to Oregon.

Also thank you Australia. You and Oregon Track have been great partners since the days of Bowerman.

To use a phrase from a football signee many years back “We’re going to win a national championship!”

In fact we are going win multiple national championships. You have my word on it.

Junior Adams continues to roll on the recruiting trail as Oregon has pulled in its first post-SNL commitment. The Ducks have landed a pledge from four-star, top-50 receiver Adrian Wilson from Pflugerville (Texas) Weiss tonight. Wilson, who previously committed to TCU back in June, camped with Oregon today and made his decision afterward.

He's currently ranked No. 50 overall in the 2025 class and Rivals' ninth-ranked receiver. He is now the highest-rated commitment in the class for Oregon.
