California tight end Vander Ploog visited Oregon for Tuesday's practice. He's among the most impressive looking prospects I've seen this spring and his recruitment has hit a new level in recent months. He's got official visits set with Washington, Utah, Arizona State and Cal right now but it's good that the Ducks were able to get him out on a visit.

Jabbar Muhammad had improvement on his mind when he joined the Ducks

“It’s going to make me better."

Jabbar Muhammad could have played at a number of other schools and maybe had an easier time in practice and a clear path to the top at his position. But, the transfer from Washington wants to end his career a better player, and he felt that Oregon was the right place to accomplish that goal working under Dan Lanning surrounded by several other top players. It was the driving force of his decision to leave his school for its rival.

Here's Aaron's latest spring practice article on Muhammad's decision to transfer to Oregon and what he's gained from the experience this spring.

Oregon football cornerback Kam Alexander’s speed impresses during spring practice

One of 12 transfers to UO this offseason, Alexander had 34 tackles (two for loss), including one sack, two interceptions and 15 pass breakups last season. His 80.7 grade from PFF ranks fifth among transfer cornerbacks.

Let’s hear it for the NorCal alumnus!
Although, I have heard that he recently moved to Eugene. However, he probably still has a Palo Alto residence. David has been a great philanthropist to many charitable causes, including the University of Oregon. His generosity and kind heartedness is so admirable!

Aaron has a writeup breaking down some of what A'lique Terry and Dan Lanning had to say Tuesday about the development of the offensive line this spring. The Ducks return some key pieces and added another important one this offseason with the hope of continuing to build one of the most stout parts of the roster.
