It's fair to assume locals will have some concerns in most college towns and most probably arent as low in numbers as Eugene Springfield.. Pretty clear from the article that they will if a group of 5 or more test pos at the same time. I don't care how they do it.

Listed as 6'3" and 195 he's the top 1-2 psa in the state. Would love to see him quack. Seems insanely fast, esp. for his size. Article says 4.37 is a top NFL Combine time.
