Pharoah Brown had a 58 yard TD catch today in the Patriots win. Remember he had a significant leg injury during a game vs Utah. Ducks had a pretty good TE room back then, as Johnny Mundt is on the Vikings roster. The Patriots also have Christian Gonzalez and Brenden Schooler on the roster.

Great to see him get the accolades.

On the day that summer officially turned to fall, the Oregon defense started heating up and played their best football in at least 4 seasons. While this is not what anyone would have called a perfect game or even a complete game, the sheer and utter dominance in every phase of the game for Oregon yesterday was a thing of beauty at times and yet there were still some flaws that give teachable moments for Dan Lanning and the Oregon football team.
Offensively it was not quite as clean as it could have been an unforced error led to Bo Nix’s first interception of the year and there were some early cracks in pass protection that led to some early pressures and a sack.
Continuing our post game tradition, we look back at the win over Colorado with our Fifth Quarter analysis.

I hesitated to post this. Kenjon has a great sense of humor, and let’s face it there is an irony in Coach Lanning’s speech. Once we get away from the emotion, some pregame speeches can actually seem kind of ridiculous.

Kenjon seems like a fun guy. However, he was not fun for opposing defenses. I love people who find humor in life. I wish that he was on our board.Notice the ring on his finger?
