I remember before the season started many were saying it would take USC at least a couple of years to be a 11 win team again. Looks like those assessments were wrong. For those denying it, USC was indeed a sleeping giant. What other Pac 12 school could go from 4-8 to 11-1 in a single year? Has any other Pac 12 school ever done that? Not saying I like it, but can we all just recognize the truth on this one.

A free article from John...basically says that the Ducks are hoping for an "upgrade" over Dilly...but mostly that Mullens is on the "hot seat."

I find that very hard to believe. His roster of coaches is exemplary, IMO.

David Shaw had many great seasons at Stanford. He has exemplified dignity and sportsmanship at all times.

David has a house in Palo Alto but his home is in a hamlet within Santa Cruz County. I am proud to say that we live in the same little town.

Given the circumstances, that's a great landing spot for the Ducks.
