Belotti and Alliotti Rumors

Both said they would return to Oregon but only if they could coach with each other. Belotti could hold the fort and rekindle the program while Knight searches. As far as Chip is concerned, doesn't he need to stay out of college football for a couple more years as part of the NCAA sanctions?? If so, Belotti and Alliotti could be the bridge to Chip's return. I have no doubt Greatwood, Campbell, Neal and Pellum would want to stay if Mullins worked that out. Questions about Lubick. Would he stick around if Helfrich is bought out? I think Hoke would also be relieved.

2017 3-Star CB Nick Pickett Talks Oregon Offer...

Spoke with 2017 three-star Los Angeles (Calif.) Salesian cornerback Nick Pickett tonight after landing his offer from Oregon. Pickett said he felt like it was coming and despite his comments June, that an Oregon offer would be an instant commitment, he still wants to take an official visit before making a commitment.

Pickett said the offer is "extremely big" while responding to the instant commitment comments with a rather unexpected answer: "My official would determine whether my commitment to them stands. Not yet [set an OV] still getting that set."

Official visit next weekend for Rivals250 WR

Talking with the head coach of four-star Springfield, Ohio WR Danny Davis this afternoon, he tells me Danny has scheduled his first official visit of the process and it will go to Oregon this upcoming weekend, Oct. 28. Davis has taken his time thus far in the recruiting process. He made unofficial visits already this season to Wisconsin and Penn State, which are two schools likely to get him back in for official visits. He also is likely to take an official visit to Kentucky. A decision is not expected until late in the process. I may have more with Danny tomorrow, and will post a story if I am able to get him on the phone.

The "MICROWAVE" generation & society we live in...

Mostly cracks me up but sometimes becomes appalling...

Many on here wanted NA gone, he retired and look at what ya got....

Everybody on this site has ZERO at risk if your opinions don't work out! You have ZERO liability or consequences to pay. You have the ability to just say & have in the past said..."well he wasn't MY choice" and convince yourself you are ALL-knowing.

Just like @ Texas...they got a BIG NAME HOT LIST coach to replace Mack and now they will be firing him. Many in Texas are claiming they didn't want Charlie and they "KNEW ALL ALONG" that he wasn't the right guy! LMAO....

The microwave society not only wanted Dana gone 3 years ago but some were calling for Mullins to be fired too. Now it's MH and Mullins....

Stanford, Texas, TCU, MSU, ND, UCLA, Miss St, ASU, and others are all programs with far more talent this year & were ranked higher than the DUCKS...they are all barn fires!

Hell let's fire all the coaches and AD's of these programs...so we as "fans" can get immediate gratification to make us feel better.

The DUCK football program is certainly in need of changes and I'm positive changes will happen. Does that include firing everybody that has anything to do with DUCK football, I have no idea...but I certainly hope not.

I believe patience is really needed and valuable right now...there are bright spots with the green peas and the offense is still scoring well under all the adverse conditions. The D talent and coaching certainly needs an IMMEDIATE upgrade...but the only thing I will GUARANTEE anyone, is that there is "NO GUARANTEE" that anyone can pick a coach or coaching staff that is a 100% certainty of winning immediately, let alone CHAMPIONSHIPS!

I truly believe MH will & should get another year before decisions of firing occur. I believe there will be changes on the D side of the ball and improvements made in both recruiting and player development.

We have lost 3 games on 3 passes by 3 points...
Colo and Nebraska are clearly decent football teams and WA may be a play-off team. And God forbid they win the Natty....
For this DUCK fan, I'll have a little more patience and maturity than most.
