From IMG National 7v7: Ducks Trending for Rivals 100 WR?

I spent some time talking with Florida WR Warren Thompson and some close to him and Oregon is VERY much in this race. I had some telling me Oregon is the team to beat.

He is down to Florida State, North Carolina and Oregon. I will post a full update on Thompson in the coming days, but he is one the Duck fans need to keep a close eye on.

Thompson plans to cut his list to two, then commit later this summer.

I liked what I saw in him today. Physically impressive, showed a little burst and he made some big plays. He can be more consistent with his hands.

Expect a very good week

I have been told to expect a very good week coming up. Can't spill the beans; no hints. But a good week in the form of multiple pieces of good news.

Evan Tattersall, Will Craig's team mate getting an offer is huge. They are very close friends and this could really help solidify the concept of Craig becoming a Duck.

Will have stories on what I can for when it is all public... Fun times Duck fans!

Big Time UO Track Commits To Compete at Brook Inv.

Future Ducks Reed Brown, Cooper Teare, and Joseph Anderson will be competing at the Brooks High School Inv. It will be live streamed this Saturday on flotrack. Brown, who ran a sub 4 minute mile a few weeks back is scheduled to compete in the 800.Cooper Teare, who narrowly missed a sub 4 min mile earlier in the outdoor season will go for it against the top high school milers in the country.

So cool having future Duck Joseph Anderson referred to as the nation's top high school hurdler!

Elijah's Dad, Mike Brown

I wish Elijah had a couple of years of eligibility, but nonetheless, I'm sure glad we got him. If he's anything like his Dad he should be a great influence on the team and U. Compare and contrast to Mr Ball, lol. I hope Mike stops by and talks to the players and team when he gets a minute, ie, probably 3 more games.

Nemec on Lenzy

This article is from Andrew Nemec....the same guy who got a lot of Ducks cranky because of his article about Oregon not attending a recent football camp for Northwest kids.

He "eats crow" in this commentary and I think that the whole article shows that the guy is a pretty classy guy after all. Cannot image Canzano doing this......

4* Top 100 CB Isaac Taylor-Stuart announcing today (Thursday)?

Seems like it.

This was posted after he retweeted Braden Lenzy's announcement for Oregon. If he does announce, it'll probably be for USC as they have been known to be in the lead for a while. BUT you never know, maybe with Lenzy committing to UO he thinks he better snag his spot.

Now or never.

Stay tuned!!
