Am I the only one that can't stand having Walton as part of an Oregon broadcast? I hate that he dominates the audio and spends so much of that stolen time expounding on darn near everything BUT the game.
Last night, I turned the audio off completely and just watched the game - and STILL had to sit through interminable periods where the camera was on Walton and his side-kick showing pictures of the Grateful Dead concerts, etc, while play was going on. Those are fine during a halftime or long time-out, but NOT while the clock is running.
Sorry for the rant, but I LOVED watching him play. I have an equal amount of emotion (most of it negative) about him on the sidelines with a microphone.
