3 Oregon

I just want to add that I am delighted that the Northern Ca commits during the WT era still ended up signing with Oregon. I sense that those kids, above all else, really wanted to be Ducks. I think that we landed some great talent from Nor Cal ...4 of the 5 are ranked 4 stars.

Three things that save the day to some extent

All bad news this morning,but......

1 ) Penei Sewell- the best of a stud class off offensive lineman

2) Andrew Johnson- I had zero confidence Ducks could hang on to him. A 3 star offered by most of the SEC.A stud on film

3) JJ Tucker- a 3 star who on film looks to have as much potential as Battle and some we missed on

Still not a great finish , but not the disaster that I feared. Eleven 4 star kids and a few others who should be. And the transfer D- lineman a bonus. Hopefully another surprise or two,but not sure what that would be

Trouble for Taggart already in his "Dream Job"

Remember Deondre Francois? The Ducks were heavily involved in the QB's recruitment. Very glad they didn't land him now...and FSU did.

Florida State quarterback Deondre Francois was involved in a domestic dispute with his pregnant girlfriend late Tuesday afternoon, but will not be charged for his role in the incident.

Both Francois and the woman gave varying statements to the Tallahassee Police Department following the incident at Francois’ apartment where another member of the FSU football team was also present and spoke to police.

No arrests were made, and no charges were filed after the incident.

The corresponding officer was unable to establish probable cause to make an arrest for aggravated battery “based on conflicting statements and lack of an independent witness,” according to an incident report.

State Attorney Jack Campbell told the Orlando Sentinel on Wednesday Francois will not be charged based TPD’s investigation.

“Based on the evidence as we understand it and with the conclusions made by the Tallahassee Police Department, I’m in agreement with TPD with insufficient evidence to charge Deondre Francois,” Campbell said.

Francois, a former Orlando Olympia High standout, called police to his apartment after an argument ensued between him and his girlfriend.
