Fifth Quarter: Stanford

While it may seem like I was not critical enough on in-game commentary, or too supportive at times, I am also realistic in my approach to looking back. I think, philosophically, this team is going to be more conservative than Oregon fans have been used to and that is difficult, but there were some things that could have been done better within the constructs of the more conservative philosophy.

With that, here is our look back.

Fifth Quarter: Stanford

Pac 12 North

We have more than we could have expected at this point.

Stanford has two losses, and the Ducks have the tiebreaker. Go Card. They will improve, and they play UW and Cal at home.

UW has a loss and has to play Oregon, SC, at Stanford, Utah, and WSU.

WSU has a loss and will be looking over its shoulder after an epic Coug. Remaining games at Utah, at ASU, at Oregon, at Cal, at Washington, plus Stanford.

Cal has to play SC, WSU, at Oregon, at Utah, at Stanford, at UCLA.

With Cal, at Washington, at ASU, at SC, and other games remaining, there is a long road ahead, but we are in better shape than expected.

At least if you ignore the running game and O line play.
