Here is Scott's article
Today in Flock Talk, thoughts on "difficulty" of recruiting to Oregon; and why Mario Cristobal is vastly underpaid.

I only have one issue here, and that is, Oregon has already gotten part way to taking care of Cristobal. The 2nd lowest pay is base salary in the Pac-12. What Cristobal has that others don't is huge bonus clauses. It doesn't fully reward him for what he is doing at this point, but he is hardly making the second lowest in the conference.
Following bonuses for last season, Cristobal was around the 5th highest paid coach (Including Petersen), making 3.775m after bonuses.
Does he deserve more, sure.
Additionally, and from the start, Cristobal has sacrificed part of his own salary to increase that of his assistant pool. He understands the important of a top notch staff, and that having solid support coaches takes money.
