Forgive me if this thread was already created. Today kicks off the XFL’s return. Does anyone know if there are any Ducks to watch in this 8 team league?

Can you think of 3 players on any Oregon team in history as good as they are?

The closest I can come up with is Fred Jones, Luke Ridnour and Luke Jackson 2001-2002....

I am sure there are others, any thoughts ??

Also, of course we will miss Ionescu, but losing Hebard will be huge.

Heard that the events were very well attended and excitement was palpable. Each event had team members in attendance and Kayvon served as the emcee for the Q&A session in Portland. Interested to hear from anyone who attended.

Sprinter .... best event 100m PR 11.56 NWI class of 2021. Considering that her last registered 100m time was Spring of her sophomore season,
She could be among the very best in high school by her senior season.

Would ducks be interested in a RB? Looked pretty good to me in Dallas

This one is an heptathlete. Mallard Green has some info on Taylor . He is enthusiastic about her potential. Hard to rank an heptathlete with potential but based upon Mallard Green’s feelings I think 4 stars is appropriate. She finished 3rd in the state in the 100 hurdles as a junior.

This one comes from the neighborhood.

Big game Friday with a very good Arizona team (ranked 12th). That PG (McDonald) is beyond quick and good! This has the potential for a trap game after that long road trip and big win versus UConn. Hopefully the focus is there and we can get by both Arizona schools, remembering ASU beat us there.
I don't expect a hiccup but thought I would throw this out there for discussion......

The team is totally dependent on the backcourt guys. Unless we get some help from the Big's we've got real problems.

Okoro, is regressed terribly, constantly fouls and his shot isn't much. Walker is really green, can sometimes make shots, but does stupid things like yesterday just lowering his shoulder right in to the defender, and of course he's immediately back on the bench. Lawson has potential, but is to green to be a consistent threat. Juiston is at best a journeyman with not the greatest hands. And then there's Dante-will we ever see him again, and with as little playing time at this level that he has had, who knows what he will bring.

Altman normally works his miracles in February, and we need some.

Not Duck related, but USC wants to grab a RB in this class, had a 3* that wanted to commit, told him to go elsewhere last night:
