I love this board! I am fortunate to have been a part of it since the days of the leather helmets LOL. Over the years I’ve witnessed some great posters and some characters, but this board now has the best posters of any time in which I’ve been a DSA member.
After the game, I received a call from a former Oregon sprint star, and a great friend. He just wanted to talk. In the end we both just stated the obvious about what we had just witnessed. As we babbled on, I mentioned that what we were really doing was having a therapy session. He agreed…. but neither one of us laughed because it was just plain true.
We have done therapy here on DSA. When passionate fans are crushed by a painful dose of reality, we need each other’s company. It doesn’t matter what we post, be it comic relief or sober disbelief we are all feeling similar emotions.
This group is great to have. There was a lot of disappointment expressed but very little disrespect or in appropriate and misplaced anger. DSA is a good therapy board.
Basketball season is here. Recruiting is going great! and we will always be Track Town USA! Best of all we have some of the most enthusiastic fans in the country and we have a great Uncle.
Keep the faith. The BIG 10 T&F Championships and the NCAA T&F Championships are coming to Hayward where we will beat tOSU like they stole something!
