Jackson Mestler of Eugene's Sheldon HS has verbally committed to the UO. Last spring he ran a 3:55.67 1500.
That was the 3rd best high school time in Oregon and 32nd among high school boys nationally. Remember that he was only a junior. Let's see how he develops.
