Coach Erik Chinander connected with St. Clairsville, Ohio four-star LB Brendan Ferns last night and extended an offer. Brendan has a whole bunch of offers now, expects to take plenty of visits so it's tough to say who are going to be the top contenders at this stage. Definitely watch out for Ohio State in this recruitment though. They are always tough to beat for in-state guys and have been recruiting him for awhile.
