USC just lost their DL coach (who came from Oklahoma with Lincoln Riley) to LSU.
USCs defensive coordinator is Alex Grinch, he and Salave'a worked together at WSU. I have never thought Joe was a big city guy, but west coast seems like a better fit for him than South Beach
