Dude stood tall in the pocket with most of the OL starters in some of Q4. Excellent protection meant great vision over the OL/DL. He threw one beautiful sideline pass which was incomplete due to an uncalled hold and Moore just looked ready to me. Small sample set, but I think there's not going to be a moore promising QB in the portal, let alone who knows the system. Is he indeed next year's starter? With a solid OL and a stacked WR/RB room, I think for the 1st time in 3 years we DO NOT go to the portal for a QB.
If true, I can't imagine Novo sticks around, which sucks, but I suppose it's possible if Moore has a banner year, goes pro, making the way for Novo to start in 26. He's got to be one of the top 2-3 back up QB's in the NCAA, if not number 1.
