The guy claims he is building the 33rd NFL team but arrives without two NFL caliber sons as Neon did. His roster is going to be a LOT different than what UNC had this past non-stellar season. If he has any success at all he should begin winning the ACC within a couple years, getting into the play-offs where he might be meeting the Ducks.

Yep he'll be, like Sanders, in the NFL HOF but to my thinking he was carried there on the very sure shoulders of a guy named Brady and didn't do anything noteworthy when they were apart. Can't imagine he has done much to win friends among the brotherhood of college coaches. Haven't seen his staff but guess they almost all have NFL credentials without a lot of recruiting experience.

He'll be going up against Oregon, and obviously other top power programs, for at least a year or two. How will he do?

OK I did some homework ... and disappointed myself. Most of his coaches have quite a bit of coaching at the college level. .. and he did bring in two sons with him, as coaches.
