This is a good long story about Chip and his sudden rise to the NFL. He paid his dues at UNH where he was able to develop his ideas and system. Check out the UNH picture of young, slim Chip where he never saw playing time as a QB

Good story on his success at UNH but was hoping for an insight in how, or who found-rec'd him for the Ducks. Was it Belloti's idea, or was Bill Moos then AD? Anyone have any insight on his Oregon hire?
