Chandler Granted Release
EUGENE, Ore. -- The University of Oregon men's basketball program has announced that center Michael Chandler will transfer from the university and has been granted a release from his scholarship.
"We would like to thank Michael for being an important part of our team this season, and respect his wish to find the best opportunity moving forward,” said head coach Dana Altman. “We wish Michael all the best in the future.”
After transferring from Northwest Florida State, Chandler appeared in 19 games as a junior in 2014-15 and averaged 2.2 points and 1.4 rebounds per game.
