We caught up with Devon Williams at the Poly Bowl to get his thoughts on the Trojans and Ducks. David Berry did the interview with the five-star WR.
Oregon has basically been in constant contact with him as allowed.
"We are talking almost every day," said Williams. "When they were on ‘dead period’ they just left me alone."
While it is not necessarily a lock with him, he did add unsolicited:
