Pretty good chance that Finney flips to Penn State. The Nittany Lions were the favorite back when he committed in June and some of the folks I talked to on the Penn Stte side were surprised at first that he picked Oregon. He visited earlier in October and is likely visiting there again next week when the Nittany Lions host Ohio State.
