Oregon had recruited him as a DL. He recently took a trip to Washington and the Huskies, Trojans, and BYU are all recruiting him for OL - and convinced him that is a better spot for him. Oregon has multiple elite OTs ahead of him on their board and right now they disagree with the eval of OL for Bott, they still see him as a DL. It stings, but given the others available, Oregon will be fine here.
