I really want to see baseball become successful at Oregon again and they won a big game yesterday ... but look at these stats !
A good college team needs to average at least 9 hits per game. The ERA for these guys is in the ballpark of my hope for less than 5.00 per game but they have faced only one good team so far and allowed them 6 runs. the 3-2 record is about what I'd predict looking at the schedule but the way they got there is disturbing.
I'm hoping things will come together for them quickly.
