The University of California President, Janet Napolitano, just announced that all ten University of California campuses WILL BE OPENING in the autumn. The UC system includes Cal and UCLA.
This is in stark contrast to the decision made by California’s other system of higher ed, the 23 campus California State University System, which has announced that it will be only conducting classes online.
