in 5 star recruits from 2005 to 2015 but that's about it. Alabama, LSU, FSU, and the like seem to get a lot of 5 star talent as well but they actually produce and are in the mix each year. USC has to be the most under achieving team in the country when it comes to producing wins when compared to talent.
