Over the weekend I caught up with William Ulmer. He signed with Maryland in the 2014 class but about a month ago he announced he would transfer. Ulmer said UCLA, West Virginia, Oregon, Texas, Pittsburgh, Oklahoma State, Cal and Boston College have shown initial interest. He does not have any visits set yet so we'll see how things develop with over the next couple weeks.
