Ran across this story by Kenny Jacoby. He used to write for the Daily Emerald and has now moved on to USA Today.
FWIW, I gave him the initial story; but he would not print it without the victims name (which I had been asked to not share). I did not feel like it was our job to be investigative journalists into this matter and I like Kenny.
