Cameron Stone out of Sheldon H.S in Sacremento. He is a 400m sprinter.
He came down to Cal, UCLA, and Oregon....and picked the Ducks. He finished 7th in last year's California High School Championships. He recorded a 46.99 which was the 3rd fastest time of all California preps in the Outdoor 400 in 2014...it was 25th fastest high school time in the US. If he shows significant improvement this season he might be a four star....but I'll go with 3 stars for now.
I love getting 100m 400 and 200m sprinters. With a 400 and 100 you essentially get a specialist in two events because of the relays.
With a 200m you can get help in as many as 5 events...the 100m, 200m, 400m and both relay teams. Never use a 200m sprinter in all five, in a single meet but the flexibility is fantastic .
