I have to give Chile some credit on this one because he discovered it first.
I would put him between a three and a four star. He is a fine talent. Kevin has recorded the 7th best triple jump in the class of 2019. This PSA goes to a tiny Episcopal college prep school in the Appalachian Mountains of NC. It, no doubt, is an outstanding school academically, but I don't know anything about the kind of track program/coaching Kevin has been getting. I have a hunch that he has a lot of untapped potential. He is both a triple jumper and a long jumper. Keep an eye on this guy!
