If I am remembering correctly, the Rivals ranking is based on the first 20 recruits. Oregon currently has one 5 star, 13 4-stars, 10 3-stars, with Hill's verbal commitment not yet updated in the system.
The Ducks team rank won't change unless they grab another 4-star, be it Nacua, Heimuli, Sopsher, Sorrells or someone else.
Currently they rank a school-record 7th, a shade behind Texas, and 2 points ahead of national champion Clemson. Quite a place to be.
