So much confusion about what policies were in place from both the university and the NCAA. It sounds as if the university had internal control of the handling of accusations which was also the policy at PSU. .So many wounded young women over an extended period of time. It makes no sense.
Now MSU hoops and football programs under the microscope and news starting to come out about accusations a basketball player was accused of an assault but continued playing as the university handled it internally.
