Okay all, was gone all day, my wife and I drove down to Myrtle Beach with our dog and spent the day running on the beach in 75 degree weather then had lunch at a local brew pub there.
I have had the chance to speak with both tight ends about their status.
In Tuesday before signing began I spoke with Spencer Webb. The thing is, this is one where the Vegas Bowl and cancellation of the big recruiting weekend hurt.
Webb told me about when he would sign: "I don't know yet. Prolly feb cuz I haven't done my official yet."
The official was supposed to occur the weekend before Sig ing. Instead he visited UCLA. He is solid again and I know that Mario has been in contact with him. Expect the Ducks to set up another recruiting weekend in January and lock this one down.
As far as Teagan Q. goes - he is a Duck and nothing will change that. "Yes I'm set for February I'm going to be a Duck."
He isn't really able to share why he didn't sign and it's not anything that will prevent his ultimate signature.
That's the update. All is good on the right end front so you can relax on that position.
