Smoke is clearing a bit here in Eugene. I have a bit of experience at this as one of my post-Army jobs included leading Army and Marine battalions when they were called up on natural disasters like wildfires. Doesn't happen every day but I was one of the guys who the government called on when it did.
Point being I can tell with some authority it's clearing here in Eugene finally after over a week. This afternoon is the first time the sun has not looked orange.
And suddenly for Oregon and Cali politicians, things have changed! All sorts of talk about allowing an exception for Oregon and OSU football. Suddenly, newly accessible testing is the difference they will say.
