Yelm, Washington four-star linebacker Brayden Platt had options all over the country, but Oregon remained a favorite for most of the process. Ultimately, he narrowed his options down the Ducks and Oklahoma. Just moments ago, the No. 4-ranked recruit in Washington announced his pledge to Dan Lanning's program.
Oregon now has three four-star linebackers committed highlighted by Rivals100 prospect Dylan Williams. Kamar Mothudi rounds out that group of four-star commits.
The Ducks now hold commitments from two of the top four recruits from Washington and have a chance at landing a third as they are still in the mix with Seattle running back Jason Brown.
Another impressive get for Lanning and his staff. Platt is a big body at 6-foot-2 and 245 pounds and should be a nice fit for the move to the Big Ten.
