Four-star quarterback Ryan Kelley from Chandler (Ariz.) Basha was unable to make it to the Rose Bowl on Saturday after getting knocked out of his game Friday night.
Kelley tells me his family had to scratch plans to see UCLA-ASU because it was feared he had suffered a broken elbow in his game against powerhouse Chandler, which pressured him all night Friday. He got a second opinion and additional X-rays, and he's only expected to miss 1-2 weeks.
It's good news for Oregon because Kelley tells me he still plans to visit the Ducks this coming weekend.
