On the main Rivals Oregon page, an article from the JC rivals is posted. When I click on it it says I need to be a premium member to read the article. I click on the sign up buttion and it says I'm already a premium member. (no surprise, duh) I then go to my rivals profile, and it gives me the option to add, I click on that enter the subscription info, and guess what? It won't let me add the JC site! I tried contacting the Rivals subscription/customer service desk by phone, it won't even let the phone ring twice before an auto hangup happens. I tried locating the form it advises on the contact us page and I can't find it. A.J. could you or anyone get this straightened out? Why in the world post an article on the Oregon page, you can't read? If it takes a special subscription for us premium members, so be it, but at least give us an option to do so. (pissed in TN)
