Last season the Big 10 started requiring injury reports two hours prior to kickoff. They are going to require it again this year - which means Oregon will now have to follow Big 10 policy.
Does not mean Lanning has to say what the injury is or the extent of the injury - and it still won't likely change the answers given following a game and/or questions during the week as you can be sure Dan Lanning will make sure he does not discuss it until that point where the information is required.
