Miles Norris "slipped" from 21 to 49 due to inconsistency. To be honest, after the top 10-15 players, the rankings are a bit of a crap shoot, so who cares.
There's a few guys on there were in the running for. Still no offer for the Alaskan kid who transferred to Jefferson last summer, but he's holding his own at 61. I know UO is talking to him, but he's probably a back up plan for some higher rated guys.
