Oregon has offered fast-rising 2020 offensive guard Justin Rogers from Oak Park, Mich. Although a little on the short side at 6-2, I covered him in a opening weekend jamboree where three other four-star offensive linemen were playing (a Kentucky commit, a Michigan State commit and a Syracuse commit) and Rogers was clearly the best lineman I saw that entire weekend.
