On the news that Seven McGee is leaving, in part because he's not getting the PT he wants, I decided to look up Mycah Pittman's numbers at Florida State this season to see how his transfer is working out. You may recall that he left the team last year and entered the transfer portal, also in large part, because he wasn't getting the PT he needed to get the attention of NFL scouts.
In eight games so far this season, he has 25 receptions for 288 yards and three touchdowns. That works out to 36 yards per game. By contrast, in the ten games he played last year with Oregon he had 197 receiving yards, or 19.7 yards per game. Goducks.com doesn't list any TDs for receivers last year.
That's a modest improvement at FSU.
What do you guys think? Do the numbers suggest that it was a good move...or not? Other considerations here?
