More track speed added to the football roster in Ben Thiel

Ben Thiel, accomplished Oregon trackster (pac12 400 hurdles champ) is now officially on the football roster at Wide Receiver. I assume he had a track scholarship which would now count against the 85 football scholarships but I'm not certain.
