9M- 6.5 M 4M-2M-1M. Wow Mullins! Are you kidding me? This buyout is worthless after year one. What does it take for Mullins to learn that this is the most important aspect of the contract as far as the programs interest? This is about 1/2 of what it should be. Actually less than 1/2 after year number 2. Pathetic!
