Seems to me that Oklahoma has more opt outs than Oregon heading into the bowl. I'll go through their opt outs and how much they played.
QB Spencer Rattler transfer to South Carolina. As you can see he played a lot of snaps through the Kansas State game as the starter, then he lost the starting role. Surprising he got benched in that overall his grades were pretty good. Caleb Williams will be their starter but now his backup will be a freshman.
