I just met Matt Lubick at CVS in Waco. First off, great guy who was very nice and happy to talk to a duck fan. Chatted about a bunch of things. But of interest was his comments on our QB situation. Had nothing but good things to say about Herbert of course and thought it likely that he would start. But without any provocation, he said Wilson was also very good and might fit what taggart wants to do better than Herbert. He confirmed what many here have said, namely that Herbert is a decent runner but not great. He thought there would be a legitimate competition between those two. Any way, thought an insiders perspective was interesting...obviously he is not the insider he was, but his opinion is a bit more informed than most here.
