If Oregon reaches out an offer, they will be a real factor in this decision, I guess time will tell. I think they are primarily waiting to hear back from Knott. I think Oregon has a real shot at Knott (like top 2 with Bama) and if they pull him, they probably won't extend a scholarship to Parker. There may be some other things holding up an offer, but talent isn't a concern with Parker.
