Williams has officially flipped from Oregon to USC. Right now Oregon has its 2026 QB sights pegged on Jared Curtis. While the Ducks are in a good spot with Curtis and are considered the leader, a commitment is not yet imminent and the elite QB from Tennessee still has Georgia, South Carolina, and Alabama among others in his sights.
